Optimizing For The Customer Journey
With a core focus on improving and implementing an email marketing foundation from scratch, Arcady partnered with Tanoa Hawaii to spearhead building their retention program all while keeping several of their retail stores in mind.
Building the Brand
The partnership between Arcady Media and Tanoa was founded on the goal of effectively communicating the brand’s mission and heritage to its global customer base. We successfully achieved this by ensuring that every customer was educated on the significance of Tanoa's mission and the impact their support made. This approach not only fostered a deeper connection with the brand but also directly increased customer loyalty by 32%.
Optimizing on Data
After a year of collaboration between Arcady Media and Tanoa, we ran over 100 tests and identified key elements for optimizing both the campaign and flow designs. Every minor improvement resulted in a noticeable uptick in performance across Tanoa's entire email program and allows the brand to send 12-15 emails a month with no drop in engagement.
New Product Lines
Tanoa Hawaii recreated their in-store experience by displaying the shelves on every launch. All emails that go out regarding new collections are interactive and help customers feel like they never left the store. The timing and design of each of these launches raised the purchase rate by 47% per launch.
"We thought retail was our best channel until we doubled our online revenue in the first 60 days with Arcady Media. Our customers love our emails.”
