We conducted a comprehensive Klaviyo audit and identified that the platform's capabilities were vastly underutilized. Rather than treating email as a broadcast channel, we architected a complete automation infrastructure designed specifically for luxury fashion.

We implemented six core flows (Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, Pre-Purchase, and SMS variants), refined campaign strategy with intentional segmentation, and improved deliverability through technical optimizations. The focus was on building a retention engine that would generate consistent, automated revenue while preserving the brand's premium positioning and high average order value
