Higher Healths had one request: not to spam customers and to send only one email a week. Although we initially disagreed with this strategy, we made it work together.

Journey
Due to Higher Healths' core value of not wanting to send too many emails, it was important for Arcady Media to create a customer journey that communicated with customers only when necessary.
Our flows were extremely narrowly targeted, ensuring each customer had a unique buying journey. This approach allowed us to ensure that we were engaging customers with at least some level of interest, increasing the likelihood of making a sale.
