Building Lifecycle Infrastructure From Scratch

We rebuilt Sunchill’s email ecosystem from the ground up.

This included:

A new Welcome Flow

  • Abandonment Flows 
  • Post-purchase and pre-arrival flows 
  • Black Crow AI Integration to capture and convert anonymous site visitors 

For a $699 product, the sale doesn’t happen instantly. It happens through reinforcement.

We built sequences designed to educate, reassure, and remove hesitation—not just discount.

Because peak demand is limited, we engineered flows and campaigns to work harder during high-intent months.
